The 8th Forum of SKLEOC Young Investigators Successfully Convened

The 8th forum of SKLEOC young investigators was held in the Tianjin Scientists and Engineers Club from Jan. 13th-14th, 2018. Vice principal Prof. Jing Li and dean of the college of chemistry Prof. Jun Chen were also invited as senior investigators. The opening ceremony was addressed by Prof. Chunming Cui, director of SKLEOC. Prof. Jun Chen gave opening remarks on behalf of the college of chemistry.






Attending researchers reported their representative achievements in 2017 and shared insights to their researches in the upcoming year. Discussions after talks were extraordinarily enthusiastic, spanning the aspects of the scientific significance, creativity and thoughtfulness.




The forum of SKLEOC young investigators was brought up since 2011, and convened annually in mid-January. The goal of the forum was to enhance academic communications and gather academic ideas from different faculty members of the institute. This annual forum has served well as a platform for raising new talents, sharing novel ideas and further strengthening the academic influences of the SKLEOC.
