The EOC symposium is an annual organic chemistry conference organized by the State Key Laboratory of Elemento-organic Chemistryever since 2014. Each EOC symposium focuses on one theme of organic chemistry. The symposium contains both invited lectures and poster presentations. Invited participants include around 15 well established chemists and around 10 rising stars in organic chemistry from China. Thus far the EOC symposium has gone through 3 years, with previous themes including: “The Applications of First Row Transition Metals, Main Group (B, Si, P, F I) and Rare-Earth Compounds in Organic Synthesis and Catalysis”, “Efficient Chemical Synthesis of Complex Molecules” and “Transition Metal Catalysis For Organic Synthesis”.
The EOC Symposium is a major academic activity of the SKLEOC where all faculties and students are expected to attend. In addition to invited lectures, we will also arrange poster presentations from our institute’s research groups. After confirming the number of posters, we will send you an email invitation to your research group for a poster presentation, so as to illustrate our institute’s scientific achievements.
